KeyMark Acquires New Jersey-based Document Conversion Associates
Purchase will enable KeyMark to continue expansion of its Northeast business
KeyMark, Inc. announced today that it has purchased systems integrator Document Conversion Associates (DCA). Based in Lebanon, N.J., DCA is a nationally recognized, value-added reseller of document imaging, document capture and optical character recognition (OCR) technologies.
“KeyMark and DCA have similar philosophies about innovative document management and automation technologies,” said Jim Wanner, CEO at KeyMark. “There are many synergies between the companies, including, first and foremost, a mutual belief that clients’ needs come first. We also both have strong relationships with the top vendors in the document management market. This positions the expanded KeyMark as one of a select few organizations worldwide to hold both the OnBase by Hyland Diamond Support award and the Kofax Diamond Partner award.”
DCA’s employees will be integrated into KeyMark’s organization, and its New Jersey office will be established as KeyMark’s Northeast Region Office. As part of the purchase, Weston Knowles, DCA President, will become KeyMark’s Regional Sales Director – Northeast.
“We have maintained a positive business relationship with the KeyMark team for more than a decade,” said Cindy Knowles, DCA CEO. “Bringing together two strong and innovative companies provides a tremendous opportunity to leverage the best of both organizations; it’s a win-win for everyone – especially our clients.”
The purchase will enable KeyMark to continue expansion of its northeast regional business by leveraging DCA’s reach and resources. The purchase will also bring new and exciting opportunities for KeyMark to expand its range of offerings and continue to grow as a diverse leader in the enterprise content management industry.
