Hyland Acquires AcroSoft Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Business
Hyland’s acquisition of AcroSoft adds approximately 50 insurance organizations to its more than 500 existing insurance customers.
Hyland, creator of OnBase, today announced the acquisition of substantially all of the AcroSoft enterprise content management (ECM) business from Interactive Intelligence, Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ).
Acquired by Interactive Intelligence in 2009, AcroSoft offers ECM-focused software solutions to the insurance marketplace. Hyland’s acquisition of AcroSoft adds approximately 50 insurance organizations to its more than 500 existing insurance customers.
Founded in 1991, Hyland is an Ohio-based software company with 2,100 dedicated employees. Its single enterprise information platform, OnBase, has helped more than 15,000 lifetime customers manage content, processes and cases. OnBase combines the capabilities of ECM, case management, business process management (BPM) and capture on a single platform and affords Insurance providers seamless integrations with policy, billing and claims management systems.
