Everteam Accelerates Global Strategy With Acquisition Of Intalio
Integration of leading ECM and BPM technologies to deliver unique business automation applications to a global enterprise market
Everteam is pleased to announce that is has completed the acquisition of Intalio, the developers of Intalio|bpms, a leading business process management (“BPM”) solution with distribution in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
The acquisition, which formally closed earlier this month, includes the sales, marketing, support and development infrastructure within Intalio. As part of the acquisition, the company has expanded its base of operations in Boston, Massachusetts.

The newly combined entity has over 300 employees and will operate worldwide with offices in the United States, France, Lebanon, and Singapore.
