Scrypt, Inc. (OTC Pink: SYPT) today announced a forthcoming merger with Axacore, Inc. effective December 31, 2014.
The combined company will be called Scrypt, Inc. and will have an unwavering focus on transforming document management and delivery within regulated industries. At closing, Aleks Szymanski will remain as Scrypt CEO and Nick Basil will become Scrypt CTO and join the Board of Directors. All 40 personnel in Austin and San Diego will be retained.

This merger enables us to blend our resources and expertise to innovate faster and deliver customer value in these sectors way beyond what we could achieve individually.”
“We live in a landscape where transaction-based secure document delivery is critical.” said Basil. “As Scrypt we remain dedicated to protecting sensitive and business-critical information while providing our customers and partners with elegant, cost-effective tools to help them work better, with confidence.”
