Hyland Software raises bid for Sweden’s Readsoft to 45 SEK/Share
New offer keeps the bidding for ReadSoft moving up!
Hyland Software upped its bid for the acquisition of ReadSoft today, moving it up to 45 SEK per share. This is on the heels of several bids by Lexmark and counteroffers by Hyland.
In response to Hyland’s latest move, Lexmark only says it’s “evaluating all of its options and will discuss with ReadSoft’s Board of Directors at the appropriate time.”
Hyland further stated that it now controls 10.9 percent of shares in ReadSoft.
