Xamcor Commentary:

William “Sonny” Oates is on the move again! A master at acquiring “average” companies and building  and overall entity with real and deep value, Sonny recognizes the value and profit opportunities for equipment services. While this may not seem like a “big” deal, we would advise keeping your eyes on EPM. We feel more pieces will be added, and a company of significant value will be built.

Sonny was the architect for the creation of eiStream, and acquired some pieces of the fading Eastman Kodak business and built eiStream into Global360 and a major industry force.  In putting together a lot of “minor” pieces he created an organization that was later acquired by Open Text for over $200M.

Is it happening again?
