DataBank Acquires Imaging Solutions Inc.
NY Metro Area Systems Integrator teams with DataBank to bring powerful Business Process Automation and Workflow Solutions to the Financial Services, Insurance and Claims Processing Markets.
DataBank IMX, LLC (DataBank) announced today that it has acquired New York metro area systems integrator, Imaging Solutions Inc. (ISI).

The ISI team will become part of DataBank’s Software Solutions Group and go to market as DataBank. Their office facilities in Shelton, CT will house the New York Metro regions management and administrative staff.
