Hyland, creator of OnBase acquires LawLogix
Brings compliance solutions for the legalization and immigration market
Hyland today announced the acquisition of Phoenix-based LawLogix, a software company specializing in cloud-based immigration and compliance solutions.
Founded in 2000, LawLogix’s two flagship products, Guardian and EDGE, assist more than 1,300 customers worldwide. These solutions automate the labor and paper intensive electronic I-9 compliance, E-Verify and immigration case management processes. Customers like Walgreens and McKesson Corporation use LawLogix to help manage compliance in the legalization and immigration market.
Operating as a division of Hyland, LawLogix will continue the sale, implementation, support and development of both the Guardian and EDGE product lines while delivering the world-class immigration and compliance solutions LawLogix customers expect.
