Gimmal Acquires Prodagio Software

 

Adds Contract Lifecycle Management and Accounts Payable Automation in the Cloud Solutions

Gimmal announces the acquisition of Prodagio Software, a leader in Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management and Accounts Payable Automation software solutions. Gimmal’s acquisition of Prodagio adds both Cloud-based, software-as-a-service and on-premises business solutions that rapidly deliver increased productivity for customers. Gimmal will invest in Prodagio’s roadmap to expand market share and integrate Prodagio’s solutions with Gimmal’s platform on SharePoint, Office 365 and Azure for Information Governance, Records Management and SAP Interoperability.

Complementing Gimmal’s platform offerings and go-to-market, Prodagio’s products enable operational excellence for two of the most important back-office functions in any organization: contracts and payables. With nearly 20 years of innovation and experience, Prodagio’s primary motivation is making its departmental customers the best run operation in their respective organizations.
